Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Toynitive mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Toynitive for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the app
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription and Payment

Toynitive offers subscription-based access to premium features:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable app store policies
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with advance notice

Content and Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Toynitive, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Toynitive and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

Photos of toys taken within the app remain your property. By using our service, you grant Toynitive a limited license to process these images solely for the purpose of generating personalized learning games. We do not use your photos for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Disclaimer

Toynitive is designed to support early childhood development but is not a substitute for professional medical, educational, or developmental advice. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Toynitive or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Toynitive.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
